SAVE TONS of ENERGY
Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is generally responsible for a significant proportion of total building energy consumption. A typical system accounts for approximately 40% of total building consumption.
The ceramic thermal barrier shown above, applied by Protecall field technicians, blocks 95% of the heat from ultra violet radiation (UV), visual light, and infrared. This product is internationally tested, carries several industry certifications, and has been used all over the world with great success.
Cooling, most frequently the energy use of chillers for the production of cooling via chilled water, but also the use of direct expansion cooling systems such as packaged air conditioners, accounts for 27% of energy consumption. The pumps used for the circulation of water account for 16% of this consumption. Ceramic thermal barriers significantly reduce the strain on pumps and fans by rejecting the solar load placed on HVAC systems.
